If you need to change the address on an order that was just placed please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to change this with the warehouse. 

If you need to update your address for future orders or on a subscription just log into your account and make the update by clicking on "Edit Shipping Details." 

If your package is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete, incorrect, unclaimed, or failed mail forwarding address, you can then choose a refund for the product less the original shipping charge or we can ship the product to the new address for an additional shipping charge.
